Products, Manufacturing & Sustainability
How are our textiles produced?
We only produce your clothes once you have ordered them from us.
Once we receive your order, it will be sent to our partner printing company in Germany and the product will be printed. (Print on Demand)
The printing inks used are water-based and biodegradable. They are free of toxins and safe for toddlers and babies.
We use plastic-free shipping packaging to protect the environment.
All our textile suppliers are Fair Wear and Oeko-Tex certified.
Textile manufacturer STANLEY/STELLA
For our products, we mainly use textiles from the Stanley/Stella brand. The Belgian textile supplier focuses on sustainable, fair production and only uses 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton and recycled materials.
Stanley/Stella has the following certificates:
- Oeko-Tex Standard 100
- OCS Blended (Organic Content Standard)
- OCS 100 (Organic Content Standard)
- GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard)
- GRS (Global Recycled Standard)
- Vegan (PETA Approved VEGAN)

Washing instructions
First wash & care instructions
Please always follow the care instructions included in your package.
Please note the following information:
- Before the first wash, immerse the product in cold water to prevent shrinkage
- Always turn textiles inside out before washing
- Do not wash higher than 30°C
- Do not tumble dry
- If the product is ironed, please turn it inside out and do not iron over the printed area
- Do not pull, tug, scratch or tear the goods!
If defects arise due to non-compliance with these instructions, they will not be considered grounds for complaint.
Order, delivery & payment
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and the Czech Republic.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is usually:
Germany:
3 - 7 working days after receipt of payment.
EU and non-EU countries:
approx. 3 - 10 working days after receipt of payment.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Goods value up to 54.99 euros = 3.95 euros
For orders over 55.00 € we offer free shipping.
Deliveries to Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands:
Goods value up to 79.99 euros = 4.95 euros
For orders over €80.00, shipping is free.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway:
Flat rate of 6.95 euros regardless of the value of the goods
Can I order different sizes to try on?
We only produce your clothes once you have ordered them from us.
We therefore ask you to refrain from ordering multiple sizes, as the products are all produced individually just for you.
Please note the respective size chart to avoid returns.

Complaints and exchanges
What are the return conditions?
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
After 14 days, returns are no longer possible.
We only accept returns for new and unworn goods.

The print is faulty (crooked, washed out, etc.) What can I do?
Mistakes are human and can always happen. In this case, you can of course exchange the goods free of charge.
Please simply contact us using the contact form below or by email to oyssun.shop@gmail.com.
If there is a misprint, please send us photos in advance and we will check them. In very rare cases, a return shipment is necessary.
If a return is necessary for inspection, it should be sent to the following address:

Who bears the costs for return shipping?
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the product is faulty, we will of course cover the cost of returning it if necessary.
How long does it take to process a complaint?
We will process the complaint within 14 days.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Can I exchange products?
We do not currently offer exchanges.
However, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
