Right of withdrawal for the sale of goods

This is how the return of goods works:

1. Please contact us first using the contact form below or by email to oyssun.shop@gmail.com.

2. We will then discuss all further steps with you.

3. The return shipment must be sent to the following address:

Who bears the costs for return shipping?

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the product is faulty, we will of course cover the cost of returning it if necessary.

The print is faulty (crooked, washed out, etc.) What can I do?

Mistakes are human and can always happen. In this case, we will of course send you a new product free of charge.

1. Please simply contact us using the contact form at https://oyssun.com/pages/contact or by email at oyssun.shop@gmail.com.

2. If there is a misprint, please send us photos in advance and we will check them. In very rare cases, a return shipment is necessary.

3. If a return is necessary for inspection, this will be sent to the following address: OYSSUN, Print Fulfillment, Siemensstraße 2, 0354 Hürth, Germany

Exchange

We do not currently offer exchanges.

However, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
